Our Story

Herbal medicine is evidence-based medicine and has a tradition stretching back over thousands of years. Urban based health  works with all your health team to keep you well and get you well.

We can spend the time to understand your health challenges and  look at you as a complete person not just the one health challenge that is dominating your life. I engage with your emotional and mental health as well as your physical health. Herbal medicine is in my blood,

Descended from a tradition of Irish herbalists and  can trace my family back to Brian Boru (for all the Irish out there). They Love

OUR TEACHING approach

I've known Marie for 2 years now as a client. But her wisdom has inspired me to follow her teachings.

She has become my favourite knowledge source for all things spiritual. Her experience and knowledge has granted me the confidence to explore subjects that were abstract to me. Additional to her knowledge is her empathy and sympathy with her students and clients. Marie's respectful manners are an inspiration to raise questions that sometimes are not easy to express.

I'm looking forward to continuing to learn more from Marie and explore any new courses she will offer in the future.
