What you eat makes so much difference to be your COVID defence

COVID is dominating our health challenges. What should you be doing to give your self the best chance to keep it at bay. Look at your diet cut back the processed foods, reduce the high fat content, reduce sugar and ramp up your fruit and veg intake this can include home made soup. Make in a slow cooker using in season veg.


The reason being  a high functioning immune system is your best defence against COVID, coughs, colds and flu and most seasonal bugs.


I use supplements as well including vitamin D, Reishi mushrooms, and a good quality multi-vitamin. My favourite comes from Bio-Care. I also use my own herbal medicine tinctures that I create for patients.

Also key is fresh air, wrap up well and drinking lots of water. I prefer to wear a facemask in public but thats my personal choice.
